Full Plate Diet

Do you need a way to decrease cholesterol, lower your weight, plan healthy menus the whole family can use and have thousands of choices in your meal planning? We offer this program that has been proven to do all of those and is easy to follow.

This program will be running most all of the time, Each session lasts 8 weeks. When you register we will email you the next start date.

Class meets once a week on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. We may open different formats for this series, like a long weekend, or daytime so let us know your needs.

Fee is $40 per person/ receiving a hardcover book and workbook. Couples my sign up together for $65/ one book and two workbooks. All fees are due on the first night of the class. We are limiting our class sizes to 20 per session. Once you have completed a series you may return and visit any session as an Alumni for free AND you will be eligible to attend our general monthly Alumni meetings.
