FREE! Community Health Meeting
March 4, 2012, Senior Center, Clearlake, CA 12-5pm
This is a free event to grade your health status! We hope you will invite all your friends and family.
Our event includes:
Free lunch for the first 100 to arrive.
Health Report Card stations with BMI, Hgb A1c, BP and pulse, Family Health inventory.
Lectures by four physicians, including a panel discussion for questions.
Many class offerings will be shared and new classes being offered 2012 presented.

This is our gift to our community and this will be in the newspaper soon. Please tell all you know to attend.

Hold March 4th for our next community event: “Your Health Report Card” The Healing Lifestyle presents a community event to score your health status. We will be hosting guest speakers or the most pressing health challenges and allow each of you to score your health in the process. Tell all your friends and family to watch the website for announcements about this event.

Many of our alumni attended our Mad about Marriage Seminar in Clearlake. Jan 20-21 the seminar will be presented in St. Helena! You may sign up on their website by searching your website for Mad About Marriage and on the Home page you will find a sign up link. This is a free seminar. They will be serving lunch on the 21st just prior to the afternoon meeting.

Full Plate Diet is now open for registration for our next session Jan 10th. Meetings are one hour, once a week and alumni are welcome to come back free of charge. Please see details under class info and use the registration tab to make your reservation.
